1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Opened or used items that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.
3. Return Process

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
4. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us to facilitate the process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund. -
After Shipping:
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Returns Policy. -
Custom or Special Orders:
Orders for customized or special request items cannot be canceled once placed.
